My path to psychotherapy was shaped by a diversity of life experiences. Before establishing my practice, I worked in the corporate world of fashion and spent years living in Spain and France. These experiences gave me a fluency not just in languages, but in the complexities of professional pressure, cultural nuance, and the universal search for meaning.
In my early 30s, I found my true calling in clinical social work. I realized that my deepest passion was helping others navigate their internal worlds. I completed my Masters in Social Work at Hunter College in New York City and pursued rigorous post-graduate training at the Gestalt Associates for Psychotherapy.
Today, I bring over twenty years of clinical experience to my clients. I blend the insights of Gestalt Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR with a holistic view of health informed by my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
I believe that healing happens through relationships. As your therapist, I am not a passive observer. I am an active partner in your growth. I offer an authentic relationship where I see the best in you, listen with undivided attention, and provide the honest feedback you need to move forward.
I see myself as your champion. When you are struggling to believe in yourself, I hold that belief for you, providing the safety and guidance you need to become your best self.
